Oak Terrace Senior Living History

Our History

Oak Terrace Senior Communities are family owned and operated with their first assisted living opening July of 2000 in North Mankato. The two co-founders each had loved ones living in facilities in the 1990’s that were less than desirable. That motivated them to design and construct their first upscale assisted living community. Fast forward twenty plus years and you’ll find the same co-founders involved in operations along with their sons and servicing assisted living communities in Jordan, and Le Sueur, Minnesota to go along with their original North Mankato. Each and every one of Oak Terrace Senior Living’s 400 plus employees are dedicated to providing person centered care in a positive and enriching environment.
