It means that residents live in large one and two-bedroom apartments with maintenance-free living, the option of a daily meal, on-site management and maintenance, and socialization opportunities with other active seniors looking to socialize – Pot lucks, Bingo games, card clubs, and other spontaneous gathers at the Oak Terrace bar, movie theater, or other community room.
