Oak Terrace Senior Living Services

At Oak Terrace, our independent living option allows residents to enjoy maintenance-free living with easy access to amenities and a social environment that they may not have access to by living alone. Independent living allows individuals to eliminate the responsibilities of chores and household maintenance and spend more time enjoying things like family, friends, hobbies and new interests.

Our units range from 850 square feet to 1,200 square feet and feature carpeting, individually controlled heating and central air conditioning, washer and dryer hookups and a spacious kitchen with range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Each unit has either a fireplace or large deck.

Heated, well-lit, underground parking with designated parking stalls as well as an elevator provide convenience for residents to get to their apartments without going outside.

Included with our independent living services, residents have access to private use of the entire building and its amenities.
