24-Hour Personal Care and Support

At Oak Terrace, our assisted living residents receive 24-hour assistance with personal care to support daily living. This allows residents and families to have the confidence of knowing that someone is available to help as needed. Care is provided around the clock—24 hours a day, seven days a week. Additionally, our wireless emergency call system provides each resident with immediate access to help at the touch of a button.

Spacious Assisted Living Apartments

We offer spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. These range from approximately 330 square feet to 840 square feet. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed with seniors’ needs in mind. Furthermore, they provide a comfortable, homelike environment where you can enjoy your privacy while knowing help is nearby.

Professional, Compassionate Staff

Our caring staff is made up of experienced healthcare professionals. This includes full-time registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). In addition, we have a full-time activities director who creates meaningful programs. Together, our team ensures every resident receives attentive, personalized care.

Accessible, Safe Design

Our southern Minnesota assisted living communities feature spacious seven-foot hallways. These easily accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters. Additionally, we provide handrails on both sides of all hallways. This offers extra support and safety for residents who walk independently.

Continuing Care Retirement Community

As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Oak Terrace allows residents to age in place. This means you can stay in the same community through different phases of the aging process. If your needs change, you can transition to a higher level of care. Importantly, you won’t need to move to an unfamiliar location. This continuity provides comfort during life’s transitions.

Financial Accessibility

We also accept Elderly Waiver and CADI Waiver. As a result, our assisted living services become accessible to more southern Minnesota families. Our admissions team can help you understand your payment options and navigate the waiver process.
