Our independent living apartments range from 850 to 1,200 square feet and include:

Oak Terrace offers independent living apartments at our North Mankato and Jordan locations.
Assisted Living Services
Oak Terrace’s assisted living communities provide 24-hour personal care assistance. This support helps with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity. Residents and families have the confidence of knowing that compassionate, professional help is always available. In fact, care is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Additionally, our wireless emergency call system provides each resident with safety and security at the touch of a button.
Apartment Options:
We offer spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. These range from approximately 330 to 840 square feet. Furthermore, they’re designed with accessibility and comfort in mind.
Comprehensive Care Services:
Our assisted living services in Minnesota include:
- Full medication administration by licensed nursing staff
- Three chef-prepared meals daily in our dining room
- Complete laundry, linen, and housekeeping services
- Weekly whirlpool bath assistance
- 24/7 care from our dedicated team of full-time RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Full-time activities director coordinating engaging programs
- Numerous amenities to make Oak Terrace feel like home
Accessible Design:
Our assisted living communities feature spacious seven-foot hallways. These easily accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters. In addition, handrails on both sides provide additional support and safety.
Continuing Care & Payment Options:
As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Oak Terrace allows residents to age in place. This means you can transition through different phases of life without needing to relocate. Moreover, we accept Elderly Waiver and CADI Waiver. As a result, quality senior care becomes more accessible to Minnesota families.
Oak Terrace offers assisted living at our North Mankato, Jordan, and Le Sueur locations.
Memory Care Services
Oak Terrace’s Autumn Lane memory care communities provide specialized care for residents living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and long-term memory loss.
