I’m Natalia, and my mission is to foster a secure and positive employee experience that supports our dedicated team in delivering exceptional care. My responsibilities include recruiting qualified candidates, leading orientation for new team members, coordinating training, managing staff scheduling, and conducting performance reviews. I also enjoy organizing creative employee appreciation and team-building activities. Additionally, I contribute to accounting, business management, and marketing efforts.

My career began in retail, where strong customer service skills helped me advance from stockroom associate to Assistant Store Manager. In 2015, my family and I relocated from St. Paul to Mankato. Shortly thereafter, I joined Pheasants Ridge as an overnight Resident Assistant. With dedication and enthusiasm, I progressed from Team Lead to Administrative Assistant, and now I am proud to serve as the Director of Human Resources. Being part of such a caring and committed team is truly a blessing.
