Hello! Thank you for your interest in Pheasants Ridge! My name is Natalia & my mission at Pheasants Ridge is to promote a secure & enjoyable employee experience. Responsibilities of mine include discovering qualified candidates, leading the orientation process for new teammates, training coordination, staff scheduling, & performance reviews. I enjoy being creative with employee appreciation & team building activities. I also take regular part in accounting, business management, & our business marketing.
My work history began in retail where my customer service skills aided in my growth from a stockroom employee to Assistant Store Manager. In 2015, my family & I moved from St. Paul to Mankato. After a short job hunt, I was given the opportunity by Pheasants Ridge to be an overnight Resident Assistant. A year later & soon after being transferred to days, I was advanced to Team Lead, later again, being chosen as Administrative Assistant, & I now hold the title of Director of Human Resources. I feel so blessed to be a part of such an involved, caring & dedicated team!
