As the Housing Director at Oak Terrace Senior Living St. Peter, Danielle is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where residents truly feel at home. She takes great pride in personally welcoming new residents and ensuring their unique needs are accommodated—whether through apartment modifications, coordinating services, or working closely with county case managers and family representatives.

Danielle’s journey in senior living began after her experiences as a daycare provider combined with her studies at Rasmussen College, which ignited her passion for caring for others. She started with Oak Terrace as a Resident Assistant, where she found fulfillment making a direct, positive impact on the daily lives of residents. Over time, Danielle expanded her expertise by serving in various roles including Team Lead and Operations and Kitchen Manager. These experiences, along with her continuing education, have equipped her with the skills necessary to lead Oak Terrace’s housing department with compassion and excellence.

Outside of work, Danielle cherishes time with her large, close-knit family. Weekends are often spent at the family cabin, and she enjoys home improvement projects alongside her husband and children.
