Oak Terrace Senior Living History

Oak Terrace Senior Living History

Oak Terrace Senior Living has proudly served seniors in Minnesota since 2000. Founded by Dennis and Sue Hood and Mick and Lisa Montag, two families motivated to improve senior care, Oak Terrace is a family-owned and operated network of senior living communities dedicated to offering upscale assisted living, memory care, and independent living options.

Over twenty-five years ago, the co-founders opened their first facility in North Mankato, Minnesota, driven by the desire to create person-centered senior care environments that set new standards for comfort, safety, and community engagement.
