Memory Care
At Oak Terrace, our Autumn Lane memory care communities provide residents with dementia and long-term memory loss a safe environment and personalized care that meets them where they are at. This level of care may also apply to individuals who feel more comfortable in a smaller setting or who may require clinical care not able to be met in our assisted living communities. Our highly trained staff meets residents needs with the attention and cares necessary to accommodate the diverse range of our residents. In our commitment to better serve all of our residents, Oak Terrace accepts Elderly and CADI Waiver.
Our units offer an environment that is safe and supportive—designed to accommodate those who wander or become easily disoriented.
Our Autumn Lane memory care communities provide:

At Oak Terrace, we are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), allowing residents the option to stay in the same place through different phases of the aging process.
